The Thomas I. Hines Scholarship The Thomas I. Hines Scholarship will be awarded annually to a student who successfully completes the first year of the School. The scholarship includes tuition for the second year of the School and any additional costs with registration and room accommodations at Wilson Lodge at Oglebay Resort & Conference Center. Food and travel expenses will be the responsibility of the scholarship participant.
Board of Regents Grant The Board of Regents will award a grant (budget permitting) to young practitioners that have distinguished themselves in their respective areas. This one time award provides full tuition to attend the first year of the school. Candidates should be 30 years or younger and been in the field for at least five years. Indicators of distinguished performance include state and national involvement in the field, and current and past job responsibilities and accomplishments.
